1,000kg/h Input Systems
Customized Inclusions and Layout to Meet Requirements

Data Summary (under general assumption) – 1,000kg/h System
-
1,267kg/h handling capacity with material moisture content (MC) up to 25%
-
1,000kg/h feedstock input for making biochar around 60°C / 5% MC, after pre-heating & drying
-
9,122 tonnes annual raw feedstock handling capacity (based on annually work 7,200 hours, and the material moisture content up to 25%)
-
Approximate 2,400 tonnes dry biochar produced (0% MC), based on 35% yield from dry-base of feedstock, or approximately 3,000 tons at moisture content around 20%.
-
Approximate 12% biochar yield increase with a fit for purpose front drying system
-
A smaller portion of the heat from pyrolysis is used for pre-heating and drying raw biomass feedstock prior to pyrolysis, and
-
A larger portion of the heat from pyrolysis is used for electricity generation (ORC system) if this is the choice of utilizing the heat. The electricity output is approximately between 75-87kWh.
-
Total equipment installed power: 87kw; Actual effective average power consumption: 58kw/h.
